13 Weeks

Today I had my 13 week doctor appt. After gaining 6 pounds, which I guess shows that the babies are healthy, and growing a ton, all is well with both babies. The doctor said my uterus is the size of a 20 week mom with one baby, so that might explain how big I feel. The next appt is on March 17 where we will find out the sexes of the babies and have the official ultrasound when everything is checked out and measured. We are excited for that date, although I am a little nervous now that it is coming so soon, gotta prepare to hear the words "two boys". We will love them no matter what and are praying for two healthy babies to join our family!

CA trip

The kids have been off track since Jan. 28th, with such a long break we decided to take the trek to CA to visit family. The boys and I left on Feb. 6 and drove half way to Vegas. The boys were really good in the car and enjoyed watching movies and such. The problem was when we got to Vegas, mom was tired and ready for bed and the boys were full of energy. Luckily we had a heated swimming pool so they could get it all out swimming while mom sat! We arrived in Fresno on Saturday early afternoon. We were able to see all my family and spend lots of time with cousins. Here are a few of the things we did while we were there: Swimming in Uncle Bryan's heated spa and very cold swimming pool! It was so funny to see the kids faces after jumping into the cold swimming pool....priceless! Hanging out with cousins in the loft or secret hideout, wrestle time with Autumn, and pile on top of Uncle Bryan! NATHAN!! Riding Uncle Bryan's quads, we did this two afternoons since the boys loved it so much! BRADEN!! Tyson had a run in with Uncle Bryans trailor and left his mark there.
TYSON!! Uncle Bryan giving him instructions! We loved having Uncle Bradleys 2 acres to ride on.
Nathan and Megan sharing a seat at the bonfire in Uncle Bradleys backyard.
Fishing on Popi's (aka my dad) man made lake that he lives on. That is one of the highlights of Popi's house along with bedtime Marsh Mello stories! Mealtimes at Uncle Bryan's who has 4 and with my 3 and sometimes Bradleys 2 we made quite the crowd! Thank you again Bry and Nat for always keeping us fed!
We did many other things that the camera wasn't there for like a visit to the zoo, bowling, and many trips to the park. The best park they loved was Dry Creek El. playground, which happens to be the elementary school I went to and now my neice and nephews go there.
We had a wonderful time! Thank you to all!

Food, Food, FOOD

I have noticed with this pregnancy it is all about food. Even early on, when I just found out I was pregnant, my hunger level was way high. It seemed I was always hungry and not just hungry, but ravenous! Now my hunger has tapered off, but food is still a huge part of the pregnancy. Now it is finding food that doesn't make me sick:) So here are some of my food lists: Food that always sounds good: yogurt toast english muffins quesidillas (sp?) apples bananas (but they have to be at the right ripeness for me, a little green) cereal bars granola bars Food that I have craved (you know you have to have it right then): chips french fries cheeseburgers french fries steak grilled cheese from training table salad sourdough bread Food that doesn't sound good: chocolate (sad huh, although it is sounding a little better now) mexican food (another sad one, just doesn't sit well with me right now)
